Howerton Engineering/ Howerton Architecture is a full-service consulting engineering, architecture, and surveying firm offering services in the Civil/Structural, Architectural, Facilities, and Surveying industry.
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect located in Greenup, KY. The Project Architect will be responsible for overseeing multi-discipline projects including architectural projects, managing project timelines, communicating with clients and contractors, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications- Experience in Architecture and Project Management
- Knowledge of Submittals and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- Familiarity with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor's or Master s degree in Architecture or related field
- Professional Architectural license is required.
