We are looking for someone who can contribute with clarity, responsibility, and thoughtful collaboration.## Responsibilities
* Develop physical product, packaging, workspace, or operational support concepts that improve handling, usability, and presentation
* Turn business and workflow needs into sketches, mockups, design specifications, and decision-ready concept packages
* Balance aesthetics, durability, cost awareness, and practical use cases when shaping design recommendations
* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to refine concepts based on operational realities and brand consistency
* Document design intent, revisions, and implementation considerations clearly for remote review and execution## Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in industrial design, product design, packaging design, or a closely related field
* Strong portfolio showing practical problem-solving, concept development, and attention to manufacturability or implementation constraints
* Proficiency with common design and visualization tools used for concepting, iteration, and specification work
* Ability to translate functional business needs into clear design directions, tradeoff decisions, and production-ready documentation
* Comfort collaborating remotely with operations, marketing, and leadership stakeholders in an async-first workflow
