Roguebeam in Seattle, WA is seeking an RFIC Designer to own beam former ICs from architecture through tape-out and bring-up within our in-house phased-array platform.
You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with antenna, digital, and DSP teams to ensure RFIC performance meets system requirements, drive designs end-to-end, and contribute to architecture and design methodology as the team grows. This early-stage role offers ownership, rapid iteration, and a direct line to product impact.
