Job Description & How to Apply Below
Location: Northern

# Product Designer Design the product surface our clients and our own operations team live in — and hold the bar for how Desk Flow looks and reads everywhere.

Apply for this role Remote — United States
· Full-time

DeskFlow has two very different users: business owners who want reassurance and speed, and our own operations staff who want density and control. The same design system has to serve both without becoming mush.

You would own product design end to end — flows, interface, and the design system behind them — plus the marketing surface. That is a wide brief, and it means the work ships fast and you see it live.

We care about craft here more than is strictly reasonable for a company this size. If that sounds like a good time rather than a red flag, we should talk.## What you would do
* Design flows and interfaces across the client portal and the internal staff console
* Own and extend the design system, and keep it coherent as the surface grows
* Design the marketing site alongside the product, so the two do not drift
* Work directly in the codebase or close enough to it that your intent survives implementation
* Bring real user input into the work — our operations team is down the hall, metaphorically## What we are looking for
* A portfolio of shipped product work, with the reasoning behind it
* Strong interface and interaction craft — typography, hierarchy, and states, not just screens
* Experience owning or extending a design system
* Comfortable designing dense, information-heavy internal tools as well as marketing pages
* Authorized to work in the United States## Nice to have, genuinely optional
* Can write front-end code, or read it fluently enough to spec against it
* Have designed for both an end customer and an internal operator on the same product
* Experience with accessibility beyond a checklist## Not sure you are a match?

Apply anyway. The requirements describe the problem rather than a checklist, and the application asks you two questions that tell us far more than a bullet list ever does.
