** About the job
** As a Senior UX Designer, you’ll help translate guest insights, business opportunities, and system constraints into clear experience direction. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify pain points, map journeys and services, and align teams around human-centered solutions.
This role blends strong design craft with systems thinking—supporting more senior team members in framing and delivering connected guest experiences that scale across channels.
** Responsibilities:
*** Contribute to UX strategy and vision for multi-touchpoint guest experiences
* Create service design artifacts such as journey maps, blueprints, and storyboards to align teams and identify opportunities
* Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and store operations partners to align on experience outcomes
* Participate in design sprints and co-creation sessions to explore, prototype, and refine new concepts
* Deliver design work across phases—from early journey concepts to mid-fidelity flows and wireframes
* Apply both qualitative and quantitative data to understand guest needs and prioritize opportunities
* Hold your work to a high standard of craft—considering accessibility, interaction patterns, information architecture, and brand alignment
* Contribute to a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and guest-first thinking within your immediate team

*** 4+ years of experience in UX, with a portfolio demonstrating strong design thinking and systems awareness
* Proficiency in service design methods (e.g., journey mapping, ecosystem modeling, service blueprinting)
* Experience working within cross-functional teams and navigating complexity
* Comfortable structuring your work, managing your time, and delivering high-quality design independently
