  • Lead multidisciplinary design coordination across architectural, structural, civil, landscape, MEP/FP, and other technical disciplines, including model integration, clash detection, constructability reviews, and resolution of project interfaces.
  • Develop and maintain clear design governance, including RACI matrices, consultant scope boundaries, drawing deliverables, handoff requirements, and review/approval workflows.
  • Establish and oversee technical design and QA/QC standards to promote design consistency, code compliance, constructability, sustainability, and long-term asset performance.
  • Coordinate technical interfaces between adjacent projects and design teams to identify gaps, overlaps, and conflicts before they impact construction.
  • Provide technical leadership to architects, engineers, specialty consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders, including resolution of escalated design and constructability issues.
  • Ensure design deliverables comply with applicable building codes, AHJ requirements, accessibility requirements, client standards, and established technical guidelines.
  • Develop strong working relationships across internal teams, design consultants, contractors, and regulatory stakeholders while driving accountability and timely resolution of technical issues.
Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in architecture, technical design management, and delivery of large, complex capital projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field required;
    Master's degree in Architecture preferred.
