Location: Northern
Anthropologie, part of URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc., seeks a Senior Designer to lead the Pilcro collection under the Design Director. You will set seasonal trend direction across blouses, dresses, skirts and knits, supervise designers, and ensure high-detail execution aligned with Anthropologie's customer.
You will oversee technical sketches, color palettes, and raw materials while partnering with Production, Design, and Buying to meet lead times and budget targets.
