Tecovas, based in Austin, TX, is seeking a Junior Designer, Men’s Footwear to support the Product Design team in translating seasonal direction into brand-right concepts. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to turn market insights into commercial footwear concepts that reflect Tecovas’ western aesthetic.
This role requires a design degree and CAD/tech-pack proficiency, with 1–3 years footwear experience preferred. Travel may be expected for trade shows as needed.
