Create high-quality, performance-optimized 3D vehicles, customization parts, and UGC gear items for Project Ventura and Golden Coast.

Hourly contractor $19.00 - $23.00/hour

REACT Studios is seeking a 3D UGC & Hard-Surface Artist (Contractor) to model, texture, and optimize custom vehicles, vehicle modifications, and wearable UGC gear across Project Ventura and Golden Coast. In this role, you will work directly with our technical and design leads to produce clean, stylized, and optimized assets tailored strictly to Roblox engine budgets and UGC standards.

• Model clean, optimized low-to-mid poly vehicles, aftermarket visual mods, and wearable character accessories/gear.
• Produce optimized textures, materials, and efficient UV unwraps adhering to project art styles.
• Ensure all assets strictly comply with Roblox mesh limits, triangle budgets, and UGC technical requirements.
• Set up, scale, and align gear assets to standard Roblox R15 rigs and attachment points.
• Import, test, and troubleshoot assets directly within Roblox Studio.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in hard-surface modeling (vehicles, props, weapons, or Roblox UGC).
• High proficiency in Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max, alongside Substance Painter or standard texturing tools.
• Solid understanding of Roblox Studio import pipelines, mesh optimization, collisions, and LOD handling.
• Clean topology practices and efficient UV packing habits.
• Self-motivated, communicative, and reliable with delivery timelines.

• Active or previous experience publishing assets directly to the Roblox UGC Marketplace.
• Familiarity with basic vehicle rigging or tuning workflows inside Roblox Studio.
