Experience:
5-10 years
Disbrow Iannuzzi is looking for a Project Architect/Project Manager to join our team, someone passionate about the creative rigor and craft required to deliver thoughtful architecture and interior spaces.
Responsibilities- Lead the construction documentation and management of highly detailed design projects
- Collaborate on the design development and documentation of bespoke residential, hospitality, and sports projects
- Coordinate the work of junior design staff and consultants throughout the life of a project
- Coordinate and manage the work of sub-contractors on Architect-Led design-build projects
- Professional degree in architecture (BArch or MArch)
- Architectural license is a plus but not required
- Experience and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and other modeling software
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Able to work independently as part of a team
- Passionate about Architecture and Design
