The Senior Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY. This role is responsible for concept development, creating seasonal collections, and translating trend, market, and consumer insights into compelling product designs across Crest Brands Group categories. Day-to-day tasks include designing and refining product lines, preparing technical design specs, collaborating with product development, merchandising, and sourcing teams, and ensuring designs align with brand guidelines and cost targets.

The Senior Designer will oversee design projects from ideation through final samples, provide guidance and feedback to junior designers, and participate in presentations to internal stakeholders and external partners.

The role also involves maintaining awareness of trends, competitive products, and retail performance to continuously improve the design direction.

• Strong background in product and graphic design experience in apparel, socks and legwear.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite such as Illustrator and Photoshop, and relevant CAD or visualization software).
• Ability to conduct trend, market, and consumer research and translate insights into cohesive design concepts and assortments.
• Experience creating detailed technical packages, specifications, and artwork files for production, and collaborating closely with sourcing and manufacturing partners.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including presenting concepts, incorporating feedback, and mentoring junior team members.
• Prior experience in licensed brands and retail-focused product development is highly beneficial.
