Location: Northern
Rho, a modern banking platform, is hiring a Staff or Principal Product Designer to own their design system—the governed, in-code frontend foundation—and the role is full-time and on-site in New York. The designer will define architecture, tokens, primitives, motion language, governance, contribution model, and standards, and will partner with frontend engineers and the design team.
