Draftsman - Architectural Office - architect / engineer / cad - job employment
Architectural office is looking for a highly motivated Draftsperson with design skills and a keen interest in the built environment to join our team of architects and craftsmen.
Responsibilities- Collaborate on design with project team, clients, and consultants
- Draw and 3D model all phases of projects from concept through technical drawings
- Manage drawing sets with discipline
- Render design concepts and details with efficiency
- Assist PMs with zoning analysis, client meetings, material specification, and DOB filing
- Communication (command of English language a must)
- Hand sketching
- AutoCAD
- 3D modeling (Rhino)
- Senior Project Architect
- Project Manager
