Hillside Architecture is looking for an experienced design professional who contributes to projects from concept through construction administration. This role takes increasing ownership of design, documentation, consultant coordination, and project delivery while maintaining Hillside’s standards for design excellence, technical rigor, and client service. This is role balances creative design thinking with strong technical execution, code knowledge, documentation, and construction administration. You will also work with increasing independence while collaborating with project teams, consultants, and clients and supporting the growth of others.

- 5-8+ years of professional architectural experience

- Experience across multiple project phases, from concept through construction administration
- Strong technical, design, and documentation skills
