Join an established in-house hospitality design studio that is playing a key role in the evolution of a luxury hotel portfolio across North America. This opportunity offers exposure to high-profile renovation projects, significant influence on guest experience and brand direction, and the chance to collaborate with a talented team of designers, architects, operators, and hospitality leaders. Ideal candidates are design-driven professionals with a strong FF&E eye, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for creating elevated hospitality environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and lead interior design efforts for hotel renovation projects, including guestrooms, public spaces, restaurants, bars, meeting spaces, spas, retail environments, and other guest-focused areas.
  • Develop design concepts, finish palettes, FF&E selections, presentations, renderings, specifications, and construction documentation throughout all project phases.
  • Partner with senior designers, consultants, project managers, purchasing teams, and operational stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Review shop drawings, finish submittals, FF&E packages, and construction-related documentation to maintain design quality and consistency.
  • Conduct site visits, field surveys, installations, punch walks, and project meetings while contributing to a highly collaborative design studio environment.

Skills & Experience

  • 3-8 years of interior design experience, preferably within hospitality, luxury commercial, hotel, or high-end multifamily environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field from an accredited program.
  • Strong FF&E expertise with a refined design aesthetic and the ability to create thoughtful, guest-centered hospitality experiences.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and design documentation production; experience with elevations, floor plans, and specifications preferred.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Benefits & Culture

  • Opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of luxury hotel renovations with direct impact on brand experience and design direction.
  • Collaborative studio culture that combines the creativity of a design firm with the stability and resources of a larger organization.
  • Strong work-life balance, supportive leadership, and a team environment known for long employee tenure and internal career growth.
  • Exposure to multidisciplinary collaboration across design, food & beverage, retail, operations, and guest experience teams.
  • Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, professional development support, relocation assistance potential, and hospitality travel perks.
