• Take ownership of projects from concept to construction.
• Work closely with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to develop impactful designs.
• Mentor junior staff and help shape the next generation of architects.

• Guide projects with technical expertise and design vision
  .
• Manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
• Expand their expertise in building envelope design, sustainability, and energy efficiency
  .

• Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring design excellence and project efficiency.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and consultants to develop innovative solutions.
• Produce and oversee construction documents while coordinating with sub-consultants.
• Ensure project success by managing budgets, schedules, and client expectations.
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Support business development efforts
  , helping expand our impact in the industry.

• Architectural Degree (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited university.
• Licensed Architect with 10+ years of experience managing diverse projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam Revu (We are a Revit-first firm).
• Strong technical expertise in building envelope design, assemblies, and construction detailing
  .
• Excellent communication skills for client and team interactions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an office or virtual setting.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across the country as needed.
• LEED certification and experience in sustainable design are a plus!
• Experience with community engagement is a bonus.

• Competitive salary
  of $80,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience.
