- Take ownership of projects from concept to construction.
- Work closely with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to develop impactful designs.
- Mentor junior staff and help shape the next generation of architects.
- Guide projects with technical expertise and design vision
. - Manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
- Expand their expertise in building envelope design, sustainability, and energy efficiency

- Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring design excellence and project efficiency.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and consultants to develop innovative solutions.
- Produce and oversee construction documents while coordinating with sub-consultants.
- Ensure project success by managing budgets, schedules, and client expectations.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Support business development efforts
, helping expand our impact in the industry.
- Architectural Degree (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited university.
- Licensed Architect with 10+ years of experience managing diverse projects.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam Revu (We are a Revit-first firm).
- Strong technical expertise in building envelope design, assemblies, and construction detailing
. - Excellent communication skills for client and team interactions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an office or virtual setting.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across the country as needed.
- LEED certification and experience in sustainable design are a plus!
- Experience with community engagement is a bonus.
- Competitive salary
of $80,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience. - Comprehensive benefits package
