Job SummarySeeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee architectural and construction projects, manage internal and external teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple architectural/construction projects and project teams.
- Coordinate with Design, Engineering, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure project schedules, budgets, workflows, and quality standards are met.
- Review construction documents and apply relevant building codes.
- Support design initiatives, technology projects, and process improvements.
- Develop and maintain project standards and procedures.
- Provide leadership, problem-solving, and support to cross-functional teams.
- Associate degree or equivalent technical/vocational certification.
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years of project or people management.
- Architectural and construction knowledge.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and Word.
- Strong project management, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional and remote teams.
- Valid driver's license.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- Experience with Sketch Up and BIM 360.
- Residential construction/architectural experience.
