SUMMARY

The Graphic Design Intern will support the Creative Director, design team, and Marketing Department with projects that develop targeted, creative solutions to brand strategies and internal communications in printed and digital mediums. The Intern will also assist in maintaining the digital asset archive and building production deliverables for product packaging and design concepts.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Help with the production of daily tasks such as updating product packaging within designs, creating product mockups, and recreating files in new formats for digital and print initiatives.
  • Maintain organized design files and asset links.
  • As requested, assist with design projects related to company initiatives (social media, digital marketing, marketing/advertising, and sales materials, etc.).
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors for projects as needed.
  • Aid in archiving creative files in asset management system.
  • Communicate key learning/insights to supervisors and internal clients.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Current college or graduate student in good standing, studying design.
  • Educational concentration in graphics or web design preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory
  • Proficient in Mac OS, Adobe Creative Cloud Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Power Point
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude
  • Self-starter capable of delivering on goals.
  • Strong writing skills a plus!
  • Ability to be a creative thinker as well as an active listener.
  • Demonstrates personal integrity, honesty, and accountability.
