Praxy is seeking a fractional Product Designer to join the founding team of an AI-powered talent marketplace. You will own the end‑to‑end design surface—from candidate-facing AI conversations to hiring manager dashboards—shipping fast without design-by-committee.
You will build and evolve the design system, run lightweight user research, and deliver developer-ready specs. Remote first, you’ll collaborate asynchronously with distributed engineers and the founding team to shape product direction.
