Kitchen Designer & Office Coordinator

Our client is a growing kitchen cabinet retail company seeking an organized and dependable Kitchen Designer & Office Coordinator. This position combines kitchen design, customer service, order processing, and general office responsibilities. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with 2020 Design, communicates professionally, and can manage multiple projects from the initial design stage through ordering and installation.

Responsibilities:

• Create accurate and attractive kitchen layouts using 2020 Design
• Work with customers to understand their design needs and preferences
• Prepare quotes, proposals, orders, and project documents
• Answer customer inquiries and provide project updates
• Schedule consultations, measurements, and appointments
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales and design process
• Coordinate with suppliers, designers, contractors, and installers
• Maintain organized customer records and project files
• Confirm product details, measurements, and order information
• Assist with general office and administrative responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with 2020 Design is required
• Kitchen cabinet retail or kitchen design experience is preferred
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Comfortable managing multiple customers and projects
• Proficient with email, computers, and general office software
• Able to work independently and collaborate with a team
