The role is for a product designer to define the architecture of how humans interact with an autonomous AI workforce in high-stakes financial environments. The designer will own the design process from whiteboard to final pixel, define system and product architecture, map user flows, build a scalable design library, and prototype using AI tools. The team values information architecture and clear thinking alongside high-fidelity visuals.

Location is Palo Alto, CA, and the company works in-person.

• Own the design process from whiteboard to final pixel
• Define system architecture and product architecture
• Map out intricate user flows and translate complex/auditable requirements into clear, linear user flows
• Build and maintain a scalable design/component library
• Prototype (using AI tools) to validate interactions before engineering builds them
• Collaborate with product and engineering and act as a strategic partner to visualize the roadmap and make trade-offs

• 5+ years of product design experience
• Portfolio showcasing end-to-end projects; include a link (applications without a portfolio cannot be considered)
• Strong systems thinking
• Fluency with modern AI tools for prototyping (Cursor, Claude, Codex)
• Sharp visual craft (typography, spacing, visual hierarchy)
• Effective communication to articulate design decisions and align stakeholders
• Nice to have: experience designing for data-heavy interfaces (dashboards, spreadsheets, fintech)
• Nice to have: basic frontend knowledge (HTML/CSS/React)
