UI/UX Design

We are looking for a full-stack UX Designer to help shape customer experiences across our digital health and ecommerce platforms. Reporting to the Director of User and Experience Design, you will own the design process end to end - research, UX design, design systems, and UI - shaping how customers discover, engage with, and trust our digital products. In a single week you might move between user interviews, flows,component specs, and polished production screens.
This is a hands-on IC role for someone who loves the craft and the pace.
We move fast. Priorities shift. Context switching is part of the job. We want a scrappy mindset, strong judgment, and the sense to know when to push for perfect and when to ship, learn, and iterate .
Key responsibilities:- End-to-end design execution: Own the design process from research and discovery through wire framing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI.
- Customer experience design: Design andoptimizeexperiences for ecommerce customers and internal users across CMS,Mar Tech, and operational platforms. Build intuitive, consistent, scalable interfaces that support seamless workflows and a cohesive brand.
- UX research and testing: Plan and run user research, including interviews and usability testing. Turn customer pain points and behaviors into insights and design decisions.
- Design systems and components: Contribute components, patterns, and tokens that scale cleanly between design and development.
- User acceptance testing (UAT): Partner with stakeholders tovalidatedesigns through structured UAT, keeping work aligned with customer needs and business goals.
- Collaboration and communication: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners. Communicate design decisions clearly and advocate for the customer without slowing the team down.
- Brand consistency: Maintainbrand integrity across digital platforms while pushing thoughtful improvements to the visual identity.
- Agile support: Plug into Agile/Scrum workflows, prioritize ruthlessly, and ship iterative improvementssprintover sprint.
Experience and Skills
- Minimum3+ years in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio and case studies that show end-to-end work.
- Ecommerce experience isa must.
- Sound judgment on when to aim for perfect versus good enough to ship and learn.
- Solid grasp of UX principles, journey mapping, conversion optimization, and responsive design.
- Strong command of Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, and tokens.
- Experience building or contributing to a design system in production.
- Hands-on experience designing within CMS platforms (Contentful, Builder.io, Word Press, Fastr, or similar) andMarTechsystems.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools and data-informed design decisions.
- Experience with project management tools like Jira or Monday.

Bonus Skills
- Digital health or telehealth experience.
- Hands-on experience with CSS, Sass, and CSS variables.
- Familiarity with design tokenization for clean design-to-development handoff.
- Experience with Storybook or similarcomponentdocumentation tooling.
