Designer, CAD​/ AutoCAD​/ Mechanical Design, Engineering Design & Technologists

Job Description

We are seeking a Designer Level I to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This is a fully onsite opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong AutoCAD skills and excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

The ideal candidate will have an associate’s degree or technical school certification in AutoCAD and be comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.

• Create, modify, and maintain technical drawings and designs using AutoCAD
  .
• Review drawings and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Make design revisions based on project requirements and team feedback.
• Work closely with engineers, designers, and other team members to support project goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve design questions and issues.
• Maintain accurate design documentation and project files.
• Follow established design standards, procedures, and specifications.
• Support multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with team members and project stakeholders.

• Minimum Associate’s degree or technical school certification in AutoCAD

• AutoCAD AUD preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with AutoCAD
  .
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team.
• Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday.
• Ability to work either the 6:00 AM–2:30 PM or 7:00 AM–3:30 PM shift.
