What you'll be doing:Lead the design and delivery of high-profile landscape architecture projects across Florida and beyond
Mentor junior and mid-level designers, fostering a culture of growth and excellence
Develop and maintain strong client relationships; support new business opportunities and strategic growth
Collaborate with internal teams across disciplines to create holistic, integrated solutions
Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards from concept through completion
What we're looking for:Licensed PLA (Florida or ability to obtain)
At least 15+ years of experience in landscape architecture, with a strong portfolio of built work
Proven leadership in a design studio setting—mentorship and business development experience are a plus
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire clients and teams
Passionate about shaping environments that respond to context, community, and purpose
