• Lead and manage multiple projects from concept development through to construction
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal design teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Oversee and mentor junior staff, ensuring high standards of design quality and technical excellence
• Contribute to planting design, construction documentation, and the permitting processes
• Maintain effective communication across all project stakeholders and provide project updates
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within scope

• 4+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture
• Strong design sensibility with project management and communication skills
• Experience with South Florida plant palettes, coastal design, and regional permitting is a plus
• Passion for leading teams, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring the quality of design and technical work
