Whatyou'll be doing:
Drive business development—identify leads, prepare proposals, and help secure new projects
Foster relationships with developers, city officials, and institutional clients
Lead project teams and oversee design from initial concept through final delivery
Mentor junior designers and landscape architects
Collaborate with architects, engineers, planners, and environmental consultants on integrated design solutions
Represent the firm at industry events and help grow market presence
What we're looking for:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field
8+ years of professional experience with a strong record in project leadership and business development
Licensed Landscape Architect (PLA) preferred
Proven success in winning work and building lasting client relationships
Skilled in managing complex projects from concept through construction
