UPDATE 12.10.2025 OB/GYN Hospitalist Locums in Kentucky: 24/7 Coverage We are seeking dedicated and experienced OB/GYN Hospitalists to provide high-quality care in a dynamic hospital environment. This locum tenens role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients and families while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities Provide 24/7 in-house coverage for obstetric and gynecological patients Manage OB triage, admissions, inpatient care, and deliveries for unassigned patients and private call coverage Respond to labor and delivery emergencies, antepartum and postpartum cases, and ER/floor GYN consults Collaborate with neonatology, nursing, and specialized departments Assist in surgical procedures, including Cesarean sections Location Highlights Elizabethtown is less than 45 minutes south of Louisville, KY, and within two hours of Evansville, IN;
Cincinnati, OH; and Nashville, TN Offers a desirable balance of work and leisure opportunities Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology Active or in-process Kentucky medical license, or eligibility for IMLC compact license Recent clinical OB/GYN experience within the last 12 months Schedule 24/7 shift coverage model Weekend coverage required, no on-call duties Join our team and deliver exceptional care to mothers and families in a supportive hospital environment.
