We are seeking a dedicated OB/GYN Physician for an exciting Locum Tenens opportunity near Grethel, Kentucky. This assignment offers flexible ongoing coverage and is perfect for a provider looking for call-only work with a manageable patient load in a scenic part of the state. Position Details:

Schedule:
Beeper call 24-hour shifts Call ratio: 1:2 Expected callbacks: 3-5 per 24-hour shift Call response time: 20 minutes Patients per
Shift: Approximately 8, including 5 admissions Deliveries per Year: 450, with high and low-risk pregnancy care Clinical Environment:
Practice Setting:
Inpatient only Bed Capacity: 20 in OB/GYN department NICU Level: 2 Rounding:
Required Support Staff:
Includes registered nurses (RN) on-call Technology: EMR system:
Medi Tech Skills and Procedures
Required:
Routine and complicated deliveries, including C-sections and breech presentations Fetal heart rate (FHR) interpretation OB ultrasound performance and interpretation Management of both low and high-risk pregnancies Surgical gynecology: minor and major operative procedures, including laparoscopic and open surgeries Credentials &
Certifications:
Board Eligibility:
Required (Certification is a plus but not mandatory) BLS and PALS:
