Flexible Schedule & Tail Coverage We are seeking a dedicated physician to serve as Medical Director for our skilled nursing facility in Rogers, Kentucky. This full-time role offers flexible weekday hours and the opportunity to lead clinical care within a supportive, interdisciplinary environment. Responsibilities:
Provide oversight of chronic disease management and patient care plans Mentor and support nurse practitioners Perform case reviews and collaborate on quality initiatives Strengthen relationships within the post-acute care community
Qualifications:
Primary care experience required; SNF experience preferred Active Kentucky medical license or in-progress application Active DEA or pending application Highlights:
