Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies seeks an MFM‑trained fetal surgeon to practice 100% fetal medicine in a new fetal care center with multidisciplinary support and one of the nation's largest and most successful neonatal intensive care units. • Practice in a new fetal care center equipped with six ultrasound exam rooms, two fetal non‑stress test bays, and conferencing space with connectivity to the hospital's operating rooms.
• Join two other MFM‑trained fetal surgeons and a pediatric neurosurgeon.
• Perform full‑scope fetal intervention, from ultrasound‑guided percutaneous (needle‑based) procedures to fetoscopic and open fetal surgery.
• Practice 100% fetal medicine supported by 14 general maternal‑fetal medicine physicians.
• Practice in a hospital delivering 12,000–15,000 babies every year.
• Work with a neonatal intensive care unit that is the fourth largest in the United States.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team dedicated to fetal conditions.
• Care for high‑risk pregnancies complicated by fetal anomalies in patients referred from across the United States.
• Work with multidisciplinary colleagues across maternal‑fetal medicine and pediatric subspecialties including surgery, cardiology, nephrology, orthopedic surgery, neurosurgery, urology, craniofacial surgery, neonatology, palliative care, and clinical genetics.
