What You’ll Do:

• Provide outpatient hematology and oncology care to approximately 15 patients daily
• Support low-volume clinic with solo provider model
• Collaborate with APPs, nurses, and multidisciplinary team
• Manage new and follow-up patient visits, with a 20/80 ratio
• Participate in tumor board meetings and treatment planning
• Supervise infusion services in accordance with standard oncology practices
• Document care and collaborate on orders alongside APP support

What You Need:

• Medical license in Kentucky (or eligible for licensure)
• Board Certification in Hematology or Medical Oncology
• Recent patient-facing clinical experience
• Strong diagnostic and communication skills
• Ability to work independently within a supportive team

The clinic utilizes Meditech EMR and provides full support staff, including APPs and oncology-trained RNs.
