Family Medicine Physician Opportunity Advent Health Medical Group – Lawrence, Kansas
Advent Health Medical Group is seeking a compassionate, patient-centered Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our thriving primary care practice in Lawrence, Kansas. Opportunity Highlights- Established practice consisting of 9 providers, including physicians and advanced practice providers
- Full-time outpatient Family Medicine position
- Epic EMR
- Shared call rotation
- Strong referral network and access to Advent Health's comprehensive specialty services
- Collaborative, team-based approach to patient care
- Opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients and families in a growing community
- Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients across the lifespan
- Deliver preventive care, wellness visits, and health screenings
- Diagnose and manage acute illnesses and chronic medical conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular disease
- Perform office-based procedures appropriate for Family Medicine
- Collaborate closely with APPs, nursing staff, care coordinators, and specialists to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement programs and value-based care initiatives
- Support Advent Health's commitment to addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of every patient
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Current Kansas medical license
- Current DEA registration or eligible to obtain
- Strong clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based medicine
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for delivering compassionate, patient-focused care
- Guaranteed base salary with wRVU productivity incentive
