Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, seeks a Full-time Physician to perform in-home health evaluations for members in the Albany area. You will assess medical history, perform physical evaluations, review medications, and coordinate with health plans for any ordered diagnostics.
Visits are conducted in patients’ homes, with virtual visits as needed. This role requires an active medical license (MD/DO) and eligibility to practice in the covered states.
