This hospital in Northern Kentucky provides cardiothoracic surgical services across inpatient and outpatient settings. The facility maintains established surgical infrastructure and protocols to support quality patient care delivery across the cardiothoracic and vascular surgery service lines. On-site support staff, including Physician Associates and APRNs, are in place to ensure coordinated care continuity.

Northern Kentucky offers clinicians on assignment a range of attractions and recreational opportunities. The area provides access to notable destinations including the Newport Aquarium, the Frazier History Museum, the National Corvette Museum, and the National Quilt Museum. Outdoor and leisure options include river cruises along the Ohio River, thoroughbred horse farm tours, the scenic Bluegrass region, and entertainment venues such as Great American Ball Park and Paycor Stadium.

Clinicians will provide cardiothoracic surgery coverage Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with one weeknight call shift per week from 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM serving as 2nd Call/Backup. The role is primarily CT surgery with some vascular cases; rounding responsibilities are limited. Clinicians will make hospital rounds, see consults, and support an OR schedule with 2-4 surgeries per physician each day of the week.

All clinical documentation must be maintained through the EPIC EMR system.
