Kootenai Health has an exciting opportunity for a cardiothoracic surgery advanced practice professional. Preferred candidates will have cardiac robotic surgery experience and first assist experience including vein harvest and interest in joining a growing program in beautiful Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. We are seeking a BC/BE provider to join a team of four surgeons and four advanced practice professionals. Highly competitive compensation package commensurate with experience level, benefits and retirement plan.
What you can expect:
- Growing program with 375 open hearts, 140 thoracic (including robotics) and 168 TAVRs last fiscal year,
- Magnet designated, accredited, 330 bed not for profit regional medical center and level 2 ACS trauma designated center, Top 50 Cardiovascular Hospital, Truven Health Analytics,
- Specialized OR staff with two dedicated CVORs, new state of the art Hybrid room,
- Five dedicated, fellowship trained, cardiac anesthesiologists
- 20+ cardiologists including interventional, structural and EP. Outreach clinics throughout the ten northern Idaho counties.
