Swedish Medical Group is seeking a Neuro Physiatrist to join a collaborative team of three experienced physiatrists within a nationally recognized inpatient rehabilitation program, ranked by both U.S. News & World Report and Newsweek.

This position offers a unique opportunity to practice in a comprehensive neurorehabilitation setting at the Swedish Cherry Hill Campus, home to the renowned Swedish Neuroscience Institute. The role includes inpatient rehabilitation as well as outpatient neurorehabilitation services, caring for patients with conditions such as stroke, traumatic and acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury, neuropathies, cerebral palsy, and other neurologic disorders. The position also includes amputee rehabilitation and spasticity management, including botulinum toxin injection procedures.

Position Details:

  • Full-time (1.0 FTE) position with approximately: 70% inpatient rehabilitation and 30% outpatient neurorehabilitation
  • Opportunity to work within a nationally recognized rehabilitation program and leading neurosciences institute
  • Inpatient rehabilitation call responsibilities anticipated at approximately 1:4, beginning in 2028

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Compensation is between $309,842 and $362,820 per year

The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
  • Interest or experience in neurorehabilitation, including stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, and other neurologic conditions
  • Experience with botulinum toxin injections preferred
  • Both experienced physicians and new graduates are encouraged to apply
