Optimum is partnering with facilities in northwestern Virginia to recruit a Family Medicine physician for outpatient care. The role offers a competitive base salary with RVUs, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and loan forgiveness.
Schedule includes 8- or 10-hour shifts, 4–5 days per week, with no on-call duties. EMR is Epic, and candidates must be board-certified. Full benefits and tail malpractice coverage are included.
