Opportunity Highlights
- 4 day workweek with a fully outpatient schedule with 6 hours of dedicated administrative time each week.
- No evenings, no weekends, no phone call, and no inpatient responsibilities
- Team-based practice model with integrated behavioral health and clinical support services
- Competitive compensation ranging from $250,000-$285,000 (negotiable based on training and experience) with quality based incentives

Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- MD/DO Degree and Eligible for New Hampshire medical licensure
- Interest in outpatient primary care and continuity-based medicine
