Kentucky medical license required;
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Gastroenterology - Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in Gastroenterology
- Hourly Rate: $5733.00
- Pay package discussed upon application
- Weekly pay via direct deposit

- Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable
- Provide expert Gastroenterology consultation and procedures, including EGDs, colonoscopies, ERCP, and therapeutic interventions
- Conduct diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as biopsies, stent placements, and hemostasis
- Respond to urgent calls related to active GI bleeding and other emergencies, with remote/non-emergency responses within specified time frames
- Collaborate with support staff and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care
- Engage with a patient population characterized by complex, non-compliant, and often sicker individuals
- Maintain documentation and EMR accuracy within Meditech system
- Active Kentucky medical license and DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- Certification in Gastroenterology (Board Certified/Eligible)
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience in GI practice
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to handle complex patient populations with professionalism and compassion
