What You'll Do

Provide outpatient gastroenterology consultations and procedures
Perform upper endoscopies, colonoscopies, ERCPs, and other advanced GI procedures
Manage patient populations with complex needs, including non-compliant and high-acuity patients
Respond to urgent call-ins related to active bleeding or emergencies (response within 30 mins offsite; 12 hours onsite)
Collaborate with support staff, including APPs, to deliver high-quality patient care
Ensure accurate documentation in Meditech EMR system
Contribute to a welcoming and patient-centered environment

What You Need
Required:

Medical license in Kentucky
Board certification or eligibility in Gastroenterology
Proven procedural skills (EGD, colonoscopy, ERCP)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Preferred:

Experience in managing complex GI cases
Ability to handle high patient volumes and non-compliant patients
