ThisisanexcellentopportunityforanexperiencedODwhoenjoysmedicaloptometry,wantssignificantearningpotential,andiscomfortablesteppingintoanestablished,busypatientschedulefromdayone.
Theincomingoptometristwillprovidecomprehensivemedicaleyecare,diagnosingandmanagingoculardiseasewhilereferringsurgicalcasestothepractice’sophthalmologists.
Thesurgicalteamincludesspecialistsincataractsurgery,oculoplastics,interventionalglaucoma,andMIGS,providinganexcellentenvironmentforcollaborationandcontinuityofcare.
Doctorstypicallysee
35–40patientsperdayin
15-minuteappointmentslotsandreceivesubstantialclinicalsupport,includingtwodedicatedtechniciansplusadditionalfloatsupport.
Technicianscanalsobeutilizedforscribingandrefractionbasedonthedoctor’spreferencesandworkflow.
Asaprivatelyownedpractice,providersaregivenconsiderableautonomyinhowtheypracticeandutilizetheirclinicalteams.
The Glendaleofficealsofeaturesasmalloptical,andprovidersmayincorporatevisionexamsandrefractionsalongsidemedicalcare.
Thepracticeutilizesani Pad-basedclinicalworkflowwith
ModMed.
Monday–Friday,8:00AM–5:00PM
No weekends
Callapproximatelyoneweekevery5–6weeks,primarilyaddressingpost-operativeconcernsforthesurgicalteam
