Location: Northern
Haven Home Health & Hospice in Ozark, Missouri seeks a Contract Hospice Physician to provide medical oversight for our compassionate team. This locally owned, clinician-led role offers meaningful end-of-life care with a flexible, part-time schedule and no full-time demand.
You will join a collaborative care environment, participate in interdisciplinary team meetings every other week, and be available for consults as needed to guide comfort-focused care for patients nearing the end of life.
