SSM Health is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a brand-new, state-of-the-art primary care clinic located inside the Chesterfield YMCA. Opened in 2026, this innovative practice was designed to support whole-person care through a collaborative, team-based model and offers a unique opportunity to establish a thriving practice in one of the fastest-growing areas of metropolitan St. Louis. Positioned alongside a beautiful pond and walking trail, and directly connected to the YMCA, this location promotes health, wellness, and community engagement while providing patients with convenient access to exceptional care.

You'll join a practice built around coordinated, patient-centered care, including:

• Dedicated in-house Care Manager
• Dietitian
• Social Worker
• Internal triage support team
• Onsite laboratory services

• Full-time
• Monday through Friday schedule
• 100% outpatient practice
