Signify Health, part of CVS Health, seeks a Full Time Physician to perform in-home health evaluations across a defined coverage area. Visits last ~45 minutes, include medication/history review and physical exams, with optional DPS testing.
Requires active state licenses and multi-state eligibility; travel up to 100% and overnight stays may be needed. You'll use an iPad with a clinical workflow and are not required to prescribe meds or alter current treatments.
