Boston Oral Surgical & Endodontic Associates (BOSEA) is seeking an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our new, purpose-built specialty practice on Boston's waterfront.

BOSEA is privately owned, doctor-led, and not affiliated with a DSO or private-equity platform. We believe clinical decisions should remain with the doctors, and we are building the practice around excellent patient care, clinical autonomy, and long-term relationships with our patients and referring dentists.

BOSEA brings oral surgery and endodontics together in one location, creating natural opportunities for collaboration, coordinated treatment planning, and referrals between the oral surgeon and endodontist.

We are part of The Berik Group, a privately owned, doctor-led family of dental and specialty practices that has cared for patients throughout Greater Boston for more than 25 years. Our established practices provide an existing patient and referral base, while BOSEA is also developing its own network of referring dentists throughout Boston and the surrounding communities.

We are looking for a surgeon who wants the autonomy of private practice with the support needed to grow a successful surgical practice.

• Dental implants and complex implant surgery
• Full-arch / All-on-X treatment
• Wisdom teeth removal

• Bone grafting and regenerative procedures
• IV sedation
• Comprehensive oral and maxillofacial surgery
• Interdisciplinary treatment with endodontics, restorative dentists, and other specialists

BOSEA is a new specialty practice designed specifically around oral surgery and endodontics, with modern clinical space, technology, staffing, marketing, and operational support.

We are not a DSO and are not backed by private equity. Clinical decisions remain with our doctors.

Having both specialties under one roof creates built-in opportunities for referrals, collaboration, and coordinated treatment planning.

The surgeon will benefit from referrals within BOSEA as well as patients and referrals from The Berik Group's established practices. We are also actively building relationships with referring dentists throughout Greater Boston.

We want our surgeon focused on providing excellent oral surgery. We provide the team and support around them.

BOSEA is located on Boston's waterfront in the North End, convenient to downtown Boston and the Greater Boston market.

We offer highly competitive compensation along with a daily guarantee during the initial ramp-up period.

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon who is clinically excellent, patient-focused, collaborative, and interested in helping establish a growing private specialty practice.

Candidates should be eligible for Massachusetts dental licensure and appropriately trained and credentialed to provide IV sedation/general anesthesia.

Experience or a strong interest in implants, full-arch treatment, and comprehensive oral surgery is preferred.

We welcome conversations with experienced oral surgeons as well as surgeons completing residency or fellowship training.
