Your Role & Impact:

Clinical Excellence:
You'll spend your time between first-assisting in cutting-edge arthroscopic surgeries and managing your own parallel clinic alongside our orthopedic surgeon. Our team-based approach means you'll have the autonomy of your own patient panel while having immediate surgical backup and collaboration.

Surgical Focus:
Primarily arthroscopic surgery of shoulder, hip, and knee – the cases that make sports medicine exciting and technically challenging.

Patient Population:
Treat the athletes you've always wanted to work with – from high school standouts to college competitors to professional athletes, plus the recreational athletes who bring the same passion to their sports.

Advanced Procedures:
Master ultrasound-guided injections and regenerative medicine techniques, both in the clinic and the OR.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Surgical:
    First assist in advanced arthroscopic and open procedures
  • Clinical:
    Manage initial consultations, follow-ups, and post-surgical care in your dedicated clinic
  • Procedures:
    Perform in-office procedures including ultrasound-guided injections (full training provided)
  • Diagnostics:
    Order and interpret advanced imaging including MRI, ultrasound, and specialized sports medicine studies
  • Treatment Planning:
    Develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans integrating surgical and conservative care
  • Team

    Collaboration:

    Work seamlessly with orthopedics, primary care sports medicine, physical therapists, sports chiropractors, ATCs, and massage therapists
  • Patient Communication:
    Explain complex treatment options to athletes, parents, and coaches with clarity and confidence
What We're Looking For:

Required:

  • Physician Assistant certification (PA-C)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
  • Passion for sports medicine and athletic care

Preferred:

  • Previous sports medicine or orthopedic experience
  • Surgical first-assist experience
  • Interest in ultrasound-guided procedures
  • Experience working with athletic populations
