A well-established, physician-led nephrology practice in Northern Virginia is seeking a BC/BE nephrologist to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into an immediate patient base within a highly respected, long-standing practice known for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

- Structured rotation model:
- Week 1:
Hospital + light clinic - Week 2:
Outpatient clinic focus
- Week 1:
- Manageable call schedule:
- ~1:5 weekends (shared with neighboring group)
- ~1:3 weekday call rotation
- Strong CKD and ESRD patient base with built-in volume
- Competitive base salary with an increase in year two
