Mass General Brigham Medical Group is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join our growing Primary Care practice in Rochester, New Hampshire
. This is an exceptional opportunity to inherit an established patient panel while practicing in a collaborative, patient-centered environment supported by one of the nation's leading healthcare systems.

What You'll Do Comprehensive Primary Care- Provide full-spectrum Family Medicine, including preventive care, chronic disease management, acute visits, wellness exams, and transitional care.
- Opportunity to develop a pediatric focus while caring for patients across the lifespan.
- Four clinical days per week
- No routine provider call; after-hours call is managed through the Mass General Brigham Primary Care Call Center
- Work alongside an experienced physician and advanced practice provider
- Supported by embedded Behavioral Health, Social Work, Care Management, Diabetes Education, Medication Access Coordinators, Virtual Clinical Support, and dedicated RN and MA support.
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Eligible for New Hampshire medical licensure (Maine license preferred)
