A respected, physician-led healthcare organization is seeking a BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist to join its rapidly growing Cancer Center. Enjoy a primarily outpatient practice, strong referral patterns, and the support of a collaborative multidisciplinary team while serving patients throughout a large Midwest service area.
Position Highlights- Balanced Monday-Friday schedule supporting a sustainable lifestyle
- Light 1:5 shared call offers work/life balance
- Flexible clinical scope - practice general Hem/Onc or incorporate subspecialty interests as desired
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of subspecialists in a collegial, high-functioning environment
- Primarily outpatient practice with minimal inpatient responsibilities
- Evergreen base salary with uncapped productivity incentives. Base compensation exceeds MGMA 75th%tile.
- Proven earning exceeding $1M annually
- $50,000 sign-on bonus and/or residency stipend & extensive student loan forgiveness
- Full benefits package including paid relocation, 6 weeks of PTO, CME, malpractice insurance, and more
