We are seeking a Board-Certified Sleep Medicine Physician to join our well-established Outpatient Sleep Clinic in Hampton, Virginia
. This is an exciting opportunity deliver expert care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

• Outpatient-only practice with a flexible hybrid schedule (5-day workweek)
• Hybrid opportunity
• High patient demand currently booking 8 months out
• Average 16 20 patients per day
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team
  : primary care, pulmonology, neurology, and psychiatry

We are looking for a physician with extensive experience in evaluating, diagnosing, and managing a broad spectrum of adult sleep disorders, including:

• Sleep apnea
• Insomnia
• Narcolepsy
• Parasomnias
• Restless leg syndrome

• Interpreting overnight polysomnography, MSLT, and HSAT
• Developing individualized treatment plans using CPAP/BiPAP therapy, behavioral interventions, and pharmacologic strategies

• Sleep Disorder Diagnosis & Management
• Polysomnography & HSAT Interpretation
• CPAP/BiPAP Therapy Initiation & Monitoring
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration
• Patient & Family Education
• Sleep Hygiene Counseling
• Clinical Documentation (EHR)
• Quality Improvement Initiatives
• Continuing Medical Education

• Active and unrestricted Virginia and North Carolina medical license
• Board Certification in Sleep Medicine (ABIM)
• Fellowship training in Sleep Medicine (preferred)
